Position: Marketer/Community Relations Representative
Location: Inland Empire (Upland based)
Compensation: Base Salary (DOE) plus commission
Position Summary:
Synergy HomeCare, a trusted provider of complete non-medical home care, is seeking a Marketer/Community Relations Representative. Candidate will make daily calls on existing referral sources, develop new ones and establish contacts within the community. Position requires 90% of the time spent in field.
Essential Functions:
· Conscientiously maintain relationships with existing referral sources.
· Find and develop new referral sources.
· Creatively generate new referrals.
· Conduct in-service meetings and attend health expos.
· Prepare and maintain marketing plan.
· Prepare and submit regular reports on activities.
· Attend weekly status meetings.
· Conduct in home assessments with new clients.

Education and Experience Guidelines:
· Home care sales/marketing experience.
· 2-5 years professional experience.
· Candidates with prior experience specifically in non-medical home care industry will receive highest consideration.
