Synergy HomeCare is currently looking for a Community Liaison for field marketing in south and central Palm Beach County, Florida. Our office is located in Delray Beach, FL.
Job Summary:
• Should represent the agency in a positive way in the community with the intent of generating referrals.
• 95% of the time would have to be spent in the field.
• This position reports directly to the Owner.
• This is a full-time job.
Responsibilities:
• Call and visit physician’s offices, medical, assisted living, skilled nursing, hospital, hospice and rehabilitation facilities to make them aware of our services and to generate referrals.
• Work closely with personnel to identify community resources for the agency.
• Track referral sources through Synergy HomeCare's CRM on-line tool.
• Represent company at community functions and professional organizations .
• Build and monitor community, customer, payer and client perceptions of Synergy Homecare as a high-quality provider of services.
Job Qualifications:
• A college degree.
• Must have at least 1 year experience in home health care/ home care marketing management preferably in non-medical private duty operations.
• Knowledgeable about the non-medical Home Care industry in Palm Beach county including major players, competitor's market positioning.
• Must have an ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
• Must have outstanding customer service, work ethic, teamwork, discipline, communication skills, and initiative.
• Must be able to generate incremental business from referral sources immediately.
