Synergy HomeCare, a proud member of the AARP National Employment Team, is looking for mature individuals who have the skills and passion to join our team of caring and compassionate caregivers in Central New Jersey, serving Mercer, Hunterdon, Somerset and Middlesex counties.
Caregivers are responsible for companionship (conversation, planning activities, medication reminders, maintaining a safe environment, hospital sitting, etc.), homemaker activities (light housekeeping, grocery shopping, running errands, meal preparation, etc.), and personal care (bathing, grooming, lifting, etc.). We need people like you who are available, dependable, and have a warm heart to share with others. For this position, a caregivers must:
1. Be a LIVE-IN, available for a 5 - 7 day a week assignment
2. Be a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) in New Jersey
3. Be PASSIONATE about caring for people
4. Pass a national criminal background check
5. Have a recent negative TB Test
6. Be CPR and First Aid certified
7. Have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
