Once you have requested service, the hard part is over; you are just three easy steps
away from receiving the highest quality home care services from one of our

Step 1
A Short and Simple Phone Conversation
Your local office will be in contact with you within
15 minutes of recieving your
service request*. During this call, we will schedule a free, no obligation home assessment.
*Note that it may take more than 15 minutes for your local office to recieve your request when
submitted online depending on current network conditions.
Step 2
FREE Home Assessment
A representative from your local office will come to your home to begin discussing
and creating a customized care plan for you. During this time you may ask any
and all questions you may have regarding Synergy HomeCare, our services and the
caregiver that will be servicing you. Feel free to read our
questions to ask your home care provider and our
frequently
asked questions page to read our answers to the most commonly asked home care services
and home care agency questions.
Your customized home care plan will be completed on the same day and you only have
to decide when you want care to start. There are no contracts to sign, no obligations
and of course no hidden fees, all part of the
Synergy HomeCare
advantage.
Step 3
Begin Receiving Care
Once your home assessment is complete and your customized care plan created,
a
caregiver matched to your preferences will be
sent to your home on the day and at the time you request and your service
through Synergy HomeCare will officially begin.
