In 2007, Synergy HomeCare joined forces with the AARP to promote the importance of putting mature citizens in today’s workforce. Through this collaborative effort, Synergy HomeCare can offer the millions of senior citizens throughout the U.S. employment opportunities as in-home caregivers.  Synergy HomeCare joined this program because we recognize that older workers make up a very important part of the workforce and have much experience and dedication to offer. We know that they’ll bring leadership, experience, and unique skills to do the job.

The Private Duty Homecare Association (PDHCA) was established by the National Association for Home Care & Hospice (NAHC). It is a trade association of home care providers dedicated to helping the ill and disabled remain in the comfort of their own homes. PDHCA provides valuable information to its members, including help in understanding federal guidelines, financial management assistance, networking, business strategy meetings, certification and accreditation, and new product offerings. And by keeping you informed, they can teach you about in-home care services such as Synergy HomeCare, or other providers, and work with your finances to make sure you have the best possible care situation.
