Who Are Our Caregivers?
Every SYNERGY caregiver is carefully recruited, screened and trained. The SYNERGY background check doesn’t stop at the standard local screening but searches each team member’s nationwide records for the last 7 years. Caregivers are W2 employees, bonded, insured, TB tested, CPR certified and First Aid certified. Each caregiver also completes 14+ hours of SYNERGY HomeCare training program prior to beginning work.

A SYNERGY HomeCare supervisor is there at your first initial visit to make sure you are completely happy with the caregiver we have selected. Regular quality assurance calls will check in with you so you and SYNERGY HomeCare are always confident you are getting the very best home care service each time, every time. This policy has helped us achieve the “2013 Best of Home Care Award.”
SYNERGY HomeCare of Rochester has a policy of “No Contract, Just Care.” You may extend or cancel your services at anytime.
