SYNERGY HomeCare provides the private duty home care and personal assistant support families need to help with the activities of daily living, surgery and illness recovery, childcare, relocation or when you just need a helping hand temporarily or for 24/7 live-in continuous care. Our goal is to provide the support needed to help individuals maintain their independence and dignity during all life phases and to provide family caregivers with respite care.

Variety of Service Options
We provide companionship, homemaker and personal care assistant services for expectant mothers, new mothers, children, adults, senior citizens and the disabled. Hospital sitting, move in/settle and holiday support are also available. Please contact us if you need home care for individuals with Alzheimer’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Arthritis, Diabetes, Stroke Recovery, ALS, Memory Care, Parkinson’s or Orthopedic Recovery. We work with local families and with family members who live outside San Antonio and desire to arrange care for local loved ones.

Partners in Service Delivery
The office staff has experience in home care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted and independent living facilities, hospice, health/medical recruiting, business and client management and caregiving services. Our Caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants are carefully selected and screened by our staff to provide you with knowledgeable and experienced professionals. Team members must complete and pass several pre-employment quality checks before they are assigned to clients including:
- Phone screens and on-site interviews
- Criminal background checks
- Professional and personal reference checks
- Motor vehicle and auto insurance validation
- Drug, TB and Hepatitis screens
- CPR/First Aid certification
- CNA and RN credentials validation
- Pre-employment home care industry quality assessment
- Initial RN skill validation with post-hire follow-up
- Bloodborne pathogen and infection control
- HIPAA privacy regulations
- Lifting/transferring and OSHA safety training
The CareTeam participates in a comprehensive orientation process before they are assigned to client care. This initial training is supplemented by a continuous education and training program and RN supervised quality checks. SYNERGY HomeCare provides you with exceptional care and peace of mind.
