Staying Healthy, Safe and Happy in 2012

January is the month where people adopt new trends and resolve to (once again) be healthier. In fact, a list of popular New Year’s resolutions published by usa.gov lists six of thirteen resolutions that relate directly to well being. People want to lose weight, eat better, exercise more, stop smoking, curb alcohol consumption, and manage stress. As we look forward to 2012, there are a few things that will stick around past January and continue to become popular in years to come.
