We often want things for them what we think would for their best interest but seniors do not always see it the same way. You need to find a way to let it be her idea to bring in a 'home care provider' or at least ask her how she will take care of her daily needs including preparing meals, getting to appointments, bathing and basic housekeeping. Perhaps then she will see that she could continue to live 'independently' but with a 'home care provider.'
