Valentine’s Day is usually celebrated as a time to break the bank to show that special someone just how much you love them. However, for many seniors in our community and across the nation, it’s a peak time for them to feel isolated and depressed because their favorite Valentine might not be with them any longer.

Synergy HomeCare’s “Show A Senior Some Love” is in its inaugural year. It’s a campaign which involves Girl Scouts going into Synergy HomeCare Facilities across the country and spending time with the elderly.
