Greetings. We are Michael and Katie Smith, owners of Synergy HomeCare of Boise, Idaho. From our location in Eagle, just north of Boise, we serve Treasure Valley residents and their families living in Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Nampa, and Caldwell.
Our Story
After an exhaustive search for a company exhibiting genuine concerns for the families it serves, we quickly allied ourselves with Synergy HomeCare. We were impressed with Synergy HomeCare’s dedication to their client’s needs and their integrity in working with only the best candidates to serve those needs. Combined with our deep ties to the Boise community is our passion to fulfill the needs of others, this enables us to provide you and your family with the absolute best in home care services.
At Synergy HomeCare we cater to the needs of individuals as well as their families. Your concerns for your loved ones specific requirements are very important to us. After seeing both of Michael’s grandmothers combat Alzheimer’s disease and dementia, we have experienced the emotional, mental, and even physical strain associated with these conditions. Witnessing their pain was devastating to both of us. Like every family we wanted them to have the best care they could possibly receive.
We were very involved in helping them get the right home care and eventually memory care facilities. Though this process was difficult for both of us, we quickly learned that great caregivers were perhaps the most important part of the home care and memory care services; they made all the difference to Michael’s grandmothers, and that made a real difference to us.
