I am Meridell Sloterbeek, owner of Synergy HomeCare of Phoenix. After over 30 years working in the medical field, 23 of them in hospital administration, I know the meaning and value of high-quality care. While I worked in the hospital, I always felt better when patients of all ages returned home with a professional caregiver. I knew that these people were in good hands and were less likely to return to the hospital and more likely to recover from injury and medical procedures. As I referred more people to home care, I realized that this was what I needed to provide to my neighbors throughout the Phoenix area.
Synergy HomeCare of Phoenix has proudly given non-medical, in-home care for 5 years. We can serve you and your family in the greater Phoenix and Laveen areas. We are passionate about assisting people to remain independent in their homes for as long as possible. You can count on us to be there for you and your loved one. Home Care is for Everyone
Many families think that home care is reserved only for senior citizens. At Synergy HomeCare, we gladly provide our companionship , personal care , memory care and homemaking services to Veterans, children with special needs, expectant and new mothers, and survivors of illness and injury. We also take into account the needs of family caregivers , who often balance careers, children and other responsibilities with the care of their loved one.
By taking advantage of assistance in your home, you will experience a certain convenience and an alleviation of worry. Family members who live a long distance from their aging relative can receive regular communication about their loved one's progress and activity. Seniors who live alone can supplement their care with our Vial of LIFE and medical alert systems. We can coordinate care at assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospital rooms and hospice facilities. Specifically, we work with Hospice of the Valley and Hospice Inspiris .

At Synergy HomeCare of Phoenix, we feel that that more we are involved in our community, the better care we can provide. Linda Morales, our office manager is very involved in the Arizona Direct Care Curriculum Project and is an instructor for the American Red Cross Family Caregiving Program . We are members of the Better Business Bureau of Phoenix and the Arizona Non-Medical Home Care Association . We are also an AARP National Employer .
