Are you lucky enough to still have your grandparents? Some of my fondest memories growing up were of spending time with my grandparents, George and Luella. Their farm was a children's paradise! Mud pies, baby kittens and antique cars and tractors graced the homestead. Grandma was a superb baker - being in her kitchen was warm and yummy. Martha Stewart had nothing on my grandma's apple pies and sugar cookies.
At just the thought of my grandma, or "Grams" as we called her, I get a warm fuzzy. She not only was the kindest woman I have ever known, but she loved and cared for those around her with abandon. If you didn't believe in angels before you met Grams, you would after!
Next week is National Grandparent's Week - help us celebrate! Do you have a grandparent that is worth celebrating? Call us at 480-947-1234 and we will honor them with a special "Gram-A-Gram" Greeting on National Grandparent's Day.
