The Field Assistant is a member of our staffing team, we provide 24/7 coverage to employees and clients. This position is for those that aspire to be an exclusive Synergy HomeCare "Field Assistant". SYNERGY HomeCare of the North Valley has four positions currently open. We are rapidly growing and are seeking individuals with CNA, Certified Caregiver of Direct Caregiver's backgrounds who are ready to take on a new opportunity and grow within our organization.
Essential Responsibilities: This position will provide skilled caregiving services as needed in urgent situations and a mixture of regularly scheduled clients. Applicants must be proficient in transfers, bathing, cooking, reporting, transportation, and household needs. Field responsibilities include, but are not limited to, quality assurance visits, start of care new clients, and introducing caregivers to clients and or on-site training with caregivers. Works with Supervisors identifying caregiver for client. This position guarantees 30 hours per week plus extra hours at the position rate. Overtime for hours accrued over 40 hours.
