This new position has been created in order to ensure that caregiving services are available to our clients in an emergency.
The Field Assistant is a member of our staffing team, we provide 24/7 coverage to employees and clients. This position is for those that aspire to be an exclusive Synergy HomeCare "Field Assistant". Qualified applicants will receive, higher pay, optional benefits, sick time, vacation and other exclusive Synergy perks.
This position will work in the field five consecutive days and be available from 7AM to 7PM applicants will provide caregiving services to the start of new clients. This position will have a mixture of regularly scheduled clients and emergency shift coverage.
Essential Responsibilities: This position will provide skilled caregiving services as needed in urgent situations. Applicants must be proficient in transfers, bathing, cooking, reporting, transportation, and household needs. Field responsibilities include, but are not limited to, Quality visits, start of care new clients, and introducing caregivers to clients. This position guarantees 30 hours per week plus extra hours at the position rate. Overtime for hours accrued over 40 hours.
