PART-TIME- Hiring Coordinator

PART-TIME HIRING COORDINATOR

This position is currently part-time (24 Hours per week) and may convert to a full-time position in the future.

SYNERGY HomeCare of CORONA is seeking a proven Hiring Coordinator who is an outgoing, personable, and compassionate person with exceptional communication skills who will place hiring advertisements, interact, hire, orient and coordinate with care staff.  This person will work as a key member of a team and will be responsible for the hiring, orientation and assessing the needs of new potential care staff and clients.  This person will also track and maintain current credentialing for the SYNERGY care staff to maintain compliance with the State of California Home Care Aide Registry. He or she will be able to work independently and interact well as a team member in the office. The position will also be required to periodically assist with scheduling needs, initiate and conduct home assessments for clients and potential clients.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or GED, along with two years of related experience and/or training (BA from college is preferred). Experience in-home care, staffing, medical field or knowledge of the health care industry preferred. Position requires proficiency in word processing and computer skills. Must possess and demonstrate excellent communication skills, leadership skills, organizational skills, and customer service techniques. Must perform and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently and work well under pressure.
