Ken is the president and owner of SYNERGY HomeCare. As such, he oversees the quality of service rendered and meets with his employees to discuss ways for SYNERGY HomeCare to improve their already astounding in-home care in assisting the people they serve. Ken’s staffing skills were honed as he served as Vice President of Marketing for the Abbott Staffing Companies. With Abbott, he was responsible for coordinating all marketing strategies, as well as managing the account development and recruiting departments. He has vast experience in the recruiting process and has put those skills to work with his hand-picked team of employees at SYNERGY HomeCare. His highly qualified caregivers are selected for each family that SYNERGY HomeCare serves, both by skill set and personality match. Ken is a graduate of Chapman University where he served as a member of the Alumni Board of Directors for 5 years and currently mentors the MBA program. Ken is also the upcoming President for the local Corona Circle City Rotary group.

By working over the years with countless families, Anna had acquired tremendous customer service skills that allow her to provide clients with exceptional service. She excels in meeting client’s needs and providing care solutions for their families. Anna has a sense of urgency that allows her to work quickly when issues arise so that her clients are taken care of effectively and compassionately. From conducting in-home assessments, hiring new employees and maintaining the high level of care through quality control visits, she consistently maintains a level of professionalism and excellence the homecare industry requires. Anna graduated from Chapman College in Orange County with a BA in Communications with a Journalism emphasis. After college, Anna worked with Warmington Homes, California working in residential escrow, and has held jobs in management and realty. Anna still maintains her Notary and her California Real Estate License. Anna also enjoyed traveling and singing in Europe, Asia, and the United States while in college. She and Ken met and were married in college and have two sons. They have resided in Corona, California for the past 22 years and are an integral part of the community.
Client Relations Representative- Anaheim Hills/BS
As a Client Relations Representative for our Anaheim Hills office, Kyle coordinates and communicates the role of SYNERGY HomeCare to the local community. Including: Assisted Living facilities, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, senior living communities, Physician’s and physician groups, community associations and senior groups. His experience in customer service and in the mortuary services industry provide a valuable skill set to SYNERGY HomeCare's team, clients and our client families. Kyle also oversees the credentialing of the SYNERGY HomeCare care staff ensuring they are consistently up-to-date. Kyle received his Bachelor of Science degree from Cal State San Marcos, CA.
Michelle came to SYNERGY with 10 year’s experience in customer service in the business, retail and service industries. Her knowledge and experience in customer service allows her to provide great attention to care for the clients and care staff at SYNERGY. As the Office Scheduler, Michelle is responsible for directing the daily activities of the caregiving staff and assisting client’s with their questions. She is detail oriented and handles the management of clients and the care of their families with utmost the respect and dignity. She also coordinates client in-home assessments for the start of care.
Client Relations Representative- Corona/ Riverside
Leila joined Synergy with over 13 years of experience in the account services, marketing and advertising industries. Her experience includes working for the fitness industry as a National Accounts Manager which integrated physical activities into a group game setting for people of all ages. Leila brings a unique skill set to Synergy with her management skills, customer service attitude and her personal experience of having to provide care for her parents. As a Client Relations Representative for our Corona/ Riverside office, Leila coordinates and communicates the role of the Synergy to the local community. Including: Assisted living facilities, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, senior living communities, physician’s and physician groups, community associations and senior groups.
After Hours On-Call & Office Support
Belle came to SYNERGY with a great heart for helping her clients and care staff. She provides assistance during the week as On-Call support to clients and caregivers needing assistance after office hours. She also assists weekly with the scheduling of care staff members by paring them with the clients they provide care for. She is detail oriented and handles the coordination of clients and the care of their families with utmost respect and dignity.
