Ken is the president and owner of SYNERGY HomeCare. As such, he oversees the quality of service rendered and meets with his employees to discuss ways for SYNERGY HomeCare to improve their already astounding in-home care in assisting the people they serve. Ken’s staffing skills were honed as he served as Vice President of Marketing for the Abbott Staffing Companies. With Abbott, he was responsible for coordinating all marketing strategies, as well as managing the account development and recruiting departments. He has vast experience in the recruiting process and has put those skills to work with his hand-picked team of employees at SYNERGY HomeCare. His highly qualified caregivers are selected for each family that SYNERGY HomeCare serves, both by skill set and personality match. Ken is a graduate of Chapman University where he served as a member of the Alumni Board of Directors for 5 years and currently mentors the MBA program. Ken is also the upcoming President for the local Corona Circle City Rotary group.
Owner, Vice President
By working over the years with countless families, Anna had acquired tremendous customer service skills that allow her to provide clients with exceptional service. She excels in meeting client’s needs and providing care solutions for their families. Anna has a sense of urgency that allows her to work quickly when issues arise so that her clients are taken care of effectively and compassionately. From conducting in-home assessments, hiring new employees and maintaining the high level of care through quality control visits, she consistently maintains a level of professionalism and excellence the homecare industry requires. Anna graduated from Chapman College in Orange County with a BA in Communications with a Journalism emphasis. After college, Anna worked with Warmington Homes, California working in residential escrow, and has held jobs in management and realty. Anna still maintains her Notary and her California Real Estate License. Anna also enjoyed traveling and singing in Europe, Asia, and the United States while in college. She and Ken met and were married in college and have two sons. They have resided in Corona, California for the past 22 years and are an integral part of the community.
Client Relations Manager- Corona/ Riverside
Leila joined Synergy with over 13 years of experience in the account services, marketing and advertising industries. Her experience includes working for the fitness industry as a National Accounts Manager which integrated physical activities into a group game setting for people of all ages. Leila brings a unique skill set to Synergy with her management skills, customer service attitude and her personal experience of having to provide care for her parents. As a Client Relations Representative for our Corona/ Riverside office, Leila coordinates and communicates the role of the Synergy to the local community. Including: Assisted living facilities, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, senior living communities, physician’s and physician groups, community associations and senior groups.
Belinda is SYNERGY’s newest employee. Belinda has over 4 years experience in the medical field holding positions as a Patient Coordinator and Clinical Research Coordinator in California. In addition Belinda has completed her Licensed Vocational Nurse program (LVN) at Pacific College and is in the process of finalizing her license. Belinda is in charge of hiring and orienting the caring staff at SYNERGY HomeCare. Belinda also tracks and maintains current credentialing for the SYNERGY care staff so that they maintain compliance with State of California Home Care Aide Registry.

On-Call Coordinator- Medical Assistant (MA)
Lissette Lopez joined SYNERGY HomeCare in 2019. Lissette has over 11 years experience in the medical field holding positions as a PCU Unit Secretary at Corona Regional Hospital and as a Medical Assistant and Surgery Coordinator at several local Doctor’s offices in Southern California. Lissette received her Medical Assistant degree from Kaplan College. Lissette is responsible for taking calls from staff, clients and potential clients after hours. This is done remotely on rotation during the week or the weekends at SYNERGY HomeCare. Lissette also inputs new clients into the scheduling software database, schedules caregivers based on location, experience and availability; notifies clients concerning basic information on caregiver, service start dates and times; familiarizes caregiver with client information, typed directions, time and basic introduction of client’s care needs and diagnosis; and notifies clients concerning basic information on caregiver, service start dates and times caregiver will be providing care.
