Responsive means that we’re here for our clients 24/7. As a SYNERGY HomeCare client, you will have access to our team outside of standard business hours. Responsive also means that we will review / adjust your care plan as your care needs change. We’re also Responsive because we will alert family members when there is a sudden change in a client’s physical or emotional state.
Engagement means to become involved. It’s not just a work shift, it’s truly caring for a loved one. Engagement means you will see your SYNERGY HomeCare C.A.R.E. Team member within the first 30 days of the engagement in your home during a Quality Visit. We take client satisfaction so seriously, we engage an independent surveyor to conduct additional quarterly satisfaction surveys. Beyond the client, engagement means that we are active in our community.
Home Care Pulse Certified Providers, also known as Certified – Trusted Providers, have proven their commitment to their clients’ satisfaction by contracting with Home Care Pulse to gather and report feedback from their clients. We do this by conducting random live phone interviews with a percentage of their clients each month. Because we are an independent third-party company, we are able to collect honest and unbiased feedback, without outside influence. Each client, or their responsible party, is given the opportunity to rate the provider on a scale of 1-10 in areas such as timeliness of caregivers, services being provided as promised and overall quality of care. In addition to the individual ratings, clients are given the opportunity to provide feedback on areas where the provider needs to improve as well as areas where they excel.
After Home Care Pulse conducts live phone interviews, we send a report to each provider informing them of our findings and showing them how their business rates compared to others in the industry. Our intention is to motivate providers to make improvements and highlight those who are the best in the industry.
