2017 1 Saili 

Saili Gosula, Owner and Executive Director

After 20+ successful years in Corporate IT, Saili decided to dedicate herself to a job she could be passionate about.  In home care, she is able to help others, be more involved in the community, and create jobs.  Saili is an involved mother of two and an enthusiastic volunteer in the community, serving on several boards and committees.  She has a reputation for being reliable, resourceful, and easy to work with. Saili was born in India and grew up in Brazil.  She has an MS in Computer Science, and a strong background in management.  Saili acquired a second business in 2016, Active In-Home Therapy, to serve seniors’ Physical Therapy needs.  A natural people-person and multi-tasker, Saili enjoys owning and operating her businesses, where she feels her management skills acquired over the years are put to a good purpose.  She differentiates herself by her tirelessly giving and positive approach.  This has quickly grown her business and provided her with many loyal fans and followers, across clients, associates, and her employees.


2017 2 Jill

Jill Bowers, Operations Manager

Jill entered the field as a one-on-one live-in caregiver, providing in-home care and support for her client, while simultaneously earning a Bachelor’s of Art Degree with an emphasis in Art History. She has also spent time working as a caregiver in a residential care facility providing personal companionship and care to six residents. Jill joined SYNERGY Homecare in early 2013 and quickly displayed great leadership potential, becoming an essential part of management and being promoted to Operations Manager in the Summer of 2015. Jill understands the business and supports Saili in all its facets.  Jill has great interpersonal skills, a “can-do” attitude, and an innate desire to help people. 


2017 3 Yana

Yana Rudakov, Care Director

Yana Rudakov is a Certified Care Manager and a highly acclaimed senior care expert, who brings over 20 years of professional experience.  Yana is passionate about the process of planning and coordinating the care of seniors and adults with physical and/or mental impairments, in order to meet their long-term care needs, improve their quality of life and maintain their independence for as long as possible.  She is very knowledgeable and experienced in working with Doctors, Social Workers, Discharge Nurses, Psychiatrists and many other local agencies in helping clients and their families to get the care they deserve. She prides herself on educating clients and their families about the resources available on aging and long-term care and always provides the most open communication to both families and/or fiduciaries.


2017 5 Kristina

Kristina Williams, Administrative Assistant

Kristina is trained as a Medical Assistant. She has more than 16 years of customer service experience working up from administrator to senior account manager. Kristina ran an in-house daycare and been a caregiver for family members. She is a great team player - energetic, very organized, and always willing to help.


2017 6 Alyssa

Alyssa Villanueva, Staffing Manager

Alyssa has a background in nursing and sales. She is a people person and loves
being exposed to the different cultures that can be found in the Bay Area. She loves to help at her local high school by judging student business portfolios and business plans.  She aspires to help others succeed especially the youth in her
community.


2017 7 Bela

Bela Gosula Cortwright, Office Assistant

Bela is very organized, driven and hungry for knowledge.  She loves attending Staff Meetings, improving processes, contributing to the company culture, and filling in as our receptionist.  Additionally, she does data entry, files, organizes, assembles materials and assists at marketing events and fairs.


2017 8 Gabe

Gabriel Gosula Cortwright, Operations Manager
Active In-Home Therapy

Gabe has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing.  He worked at SYNERGY HomeCare from 2010 to 2016, and was the first office staff member (and at first, the only one).  He now manages Active In-Home Therapy, and works closely with the SYNERGY HomeCare staff.  Active In-Home Therapy provides in-home Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy to our clients and the larger community.
