Saili Gosula, Owner and Executive Director after 20+ successful years in Corporate IT, Saili decided to dedicate herself to a job she could be passionate about. In-home care, she is able to help others, be more involved in the community, and create jobs. Saili is an involved mother of two and an enthusiastic volunteer in the community, serving on several boards and committees. She is currently the Chairman of the Board of the San Mateo Area Chamber of Commerce. She has a reputation for being reliable, resourceful, and easy to work with. Saili was born in India and grew up in Brazil. She has an MS in Computer Science and a strong background in management. Saili acquired a second business in 2016, Active In-Home Therapy, providing Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Medication Management, Personal Training, and Massage Therapy. A natural people-person and multi-tasker, Saili enjoys owning and operating her businesses, where she feels her management skills acquired over the years are put to a good purpose. She differentiates herself by her tirelessly giving and positive approach. This has quickly grown her business and provided her with many loyal fans and followers, across clients, associates, and her employees.
Kristina Williams, Office Manager
Kristina is trained as a Medical Assistant. She has over 16 years of customer service experience working up from administrator to senior account manager. Kristina ran an in-house daycare and been a caregiver for family members. She joined our team in 2015 as our Executive Assistant. Kristina has since been promoted to Office Manager and is our in-house expert on many things, including Long Term Care Insurance claims. Kristina is a great team player - energetic, very organized, and always willing to help.
Annie Duong, Director of Client Services
Annie loves finding ways to connect with her clients and working with them to improve their quality of life. She uses her compassion and seven years of experience in senior care to help countless families successfully navigate through the aging process. In addition to educating and assisting families, she enjoys working with her internal team members in improving processes to make home care a positive experience for SYNERGY HomeCare clients and caregivers. Annie has a B.S. in Health Science, and is constantly learning.
Rachael Ustorf, Recruiter
Rachael is the first point of contact for new hires. She is communicative, detail-oriented and enjoys making personal connections and building relationships. She has over 20 years of recruitment and HR experience and has worked in home health for the past 5 years. Rachael has a B.S. in HR Management and lives in Washington state where she recruits for both SYNERGY HomeCare and Active In-Home Therapy.

Myisha has worked in customer service for over 10 years she has also worked as a caregiver for over 7 years for families. She is very passionate and dedicated to working with the elderly. She has recently gone back to school and received her certificate as a Medical Assistant. Myisha believes in family and enjoys spending her time helping and caring for others.
Bela Gosula Cortwright, Office Assistant
Bela is very organized, driven and hungry for knowledge. She loves attending Staff Meetings, improving processes, contributing to the company culture, and filling in as our receptionist. Additionally, she does data entry, organizes, assembles materials and assists at marketing events and fairs. Lately, we have benefitted from her mathematical and detail-oriented mind in the payroll process. Bela is now attending Cal Poly San Luis Obispo studying Industrial Engineering since Fall 2018 but will still be back in the office as time allows. Bela works for both SYNERGY HomeCare and Active In-Home Therapy.
