Amy Goyer, an AARP aging and families expert, published a free e-book called “Juggling Work and Caregiving.”  It is an inspiring and educational read that highlights practical resources and tips for those who are caring for a loved one while working.  Goyer states that many family caregivers don’t identify themselves as caregivers so they don’t think to go looking for resources.  The book gives insight to available aids that can help lessen the stress and cost of caregiving.
