Prioritizing your own sleep is essential. If you don’t do that, you're depriving yourself of the sleep that you need in order to feel healthy and to take care of all your responsibilities. Once you set your sleeping schedule, stick to it.
Figure out What Keeps You Awake and Banish It
Some people are more sensitive to things like caffeine than other people are. You might be able to drink caffeine and slip right off to sleep, but there are other people who have to quit taking in caffeine by early afternoon in order to sleep. Figure out what keeps you awake and don't let it steal your sleep.
