Our people are our most important resource. We offer exceptional training to our Caregivers so they can provide our clients with exceptional care. In addition to being State certified, every SYNERGY HomeCare Caregiver is required to participate in the Acquire Training Program.
These are on-line disease specific courses that our Caregivers take year-round. We also offer these courses (free of charge) to family members that are actively involved in the care of a loved one to be better equipped to provide care. SYNERGY HomeCare is a non-medical provider of home care for folks of all ages that want to remain living in their own homes with independence and dignity. This care is accomplished through the utilization of our current staff of 132 Connecticut certified CAN’s and Companion Caregiver aides within Fairfield, Litchfield, New Haven & Hartford counties for a minimum of 2 hours per day to 24 / 7 live-in care.
