Recruiter/ Employee Coordinator

Overview

SYNERGY HomeCare of East Haven is seeking a proven Employee Care Manager/ Recruiter who is responsible for guiding and coordinating all caregiver related activities of the SYNERGY HomeCare business. This position includes leadership and management in areas of the business including Inquiry Management, Client Care, Human Resources to include employee recruitment and retention. Quality Assurance for employees and clients.
