Office Support/Caregiver

Summary:

The Office Support/Caregiver Position (“OSC”) reports directly to the Owner and is responsible for assisting in all matters of the office and its staff for SYNERGY HomeCare of Fairfield as well as filling in for last-minute call outs as a caregiver. This position includes maintaining positive relationships with all office team members, caregivers, and clients.

This position entails making and receiving calls to clients and caregivers regarding applications and schedules while making callers feel welcome and assisting with any questions or needs they may have. The OSC will be responsible for helping as needed in all areas of office organization, intake, scheduling, and cleanliness of the office.

The position is part-time. Monday through Friday from 8-am to 2 pm plus additional caregiver shifts as offered. May grow into a full-time position.
