Stacy Fotos, a North Atlanta resident for more than 20 years had been volunteering her time with charity organizations, assisted living facilities, her church and chairing various functions since her move to Atlanta. She has two children, ages 25 and 21 and has a heart the size of Texas. Stacy is a Certified Nursing Assistant who oversees the recruitment and retainment of our caregivers and oversees operations. Stacy also works closely with our nurses on home assessments and supervisory visits and assists them with the creation of our care plans. Every care plan is carefully personalized for each of our clients and is then followed by the caregiver that we have matched to that client and family. Stacy oversees the operations of our office in addition to recruitment and retention of our caregivers.
Sue McCormick, has lived in the Alpharetta area since 1990 and in addition to helping care for her own Mom, she has two children age 28 and 24. Sue has previously helped her husband with the marketing of their residential real estate business for 12 years. Sue handles the marketing, advertising, accounting and general management of the office as well as providing and coordinating valuable resources to our clients through her extensive database of senior providers and services. Sue loves meeting with families, learning their stories and helping develop a plan that promotes their independence while creating a safer environment for her clients.
Director of Operations
Tiffany Reid is our Director of Operations and oversees the daily operations as well as the scheduling for all of our private clients. She also handles Accounts Payable and Receivable and our Payroll. Tiffany keeps our office running like clockwork by keeping everyone on task and is the glue that keeps us all together.
Tiffany's strengths include her amazing, positive attitude; ability to stay calm in all situations; incredible organizational skills; and her unwavering reliability.
Intake Specialist and Community Liason
Courteney Korosec (Stacy's daughter!) has recently joined our ranks as an intake specialist and liason to the communities that we service. She is diligently informing the public of our services by meeting with the area assisted living facilities, senior centers, churches, and senior living communities. Courteney also is the first voice that many of our clients will speak with and since she has worked with us on and off for many years she already has extensive knowledge of our industry. We are very glad to have Courteney's vitality, energy and spirit within our office.
Cheryl Edmondson is our head registered nurse who does the initial assessments and care plans on each of our private clients as well as all of our supervisory visits and oversees the care that our CNA's provide. She is a wealth of information to our clients and truly cares about each and every family that we serve.
Human Resource Manager
Ty Chisum handles the recruiting, training and retention of our care staff. Ty also manages our HR policies, credentialing and comes up with great ideas to improve retention within our organization. Ty hit the ground running upon his start with Synergy as he has extensive education and experience in the HR field. We are happy to change our past mantra within our office of “Girl Power” to "TYGIRL Power”.
Lacretia has quickly worked her way up our ranks to Lead Scheduler and manages our scheduling team with compassion, organization and and excellent attitude. LaCretia's attention to detail, unwavering promptness and ability to stay calm during the early morning hours when she often is manning the phones on her own has proven her to be a valuable asset within our organization. Lacretia has a way with our caregivers that makes them feel special and needed and recognizes that our care staff is the "Heart" of our business.
Ally Wiley who provides a beautiful balance of humor and style to our office makes certain that everyone is where they are supposed to be, follows up on late alerts and consistently communicates with both our caregivers and client's about changes in schedule and/or care. She quietly yet effectively manages our care staff with the perfect mix of compassion and organization to make certain that our schedule and office runs smoothly and effortlessly.
Jennifer Flores and Danielle Stewart both work diligently after hours and on the weekends as our On-Call Schedulers. Jennifer and Danielle answer the phone with smiles and love the flexibility of working from home while making sure that our client’s and caregivers can get any questions answered regarding the service that we provide day or night. These ladies make sure that our company goes above and beyond by answering the phone 24/7, 365 days a year.
These women (and Ty) together form the perfect team for a caring based business as they all believe that there is no greater reward than the one you receive while caring for others.
