We do not hire just anyone, we only hire the best. Our caregivers are well-groomed, caring, compassionate, committed, dependable and honest. Our caregivers are hired only after a strenuous selection process that includes multiple interviews, reference and credential checks, a national background check, and competency tests. 90% of our caregivers are Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA’s).
We will find the right fit. We meticulously match a caregiver to you based on your personal wants and needs. Do you need someone to be able to transport you to doctor appointments or to the shopping mall? We will be sure to send you a caregiver that can do those things. Do you want a caregiver that loves to be around your pets? We will send you an animal lover. We pledge to always have the perfect caregiver to suit your requests.
We take care of the boring paperwork. Another advantage is that our caregivers are our employees. We—not you—are responsible for all of the employee taxes, worker’s compensation and professional and general liability insurance.
We train our caregivers so you won’t have to. Our caregivers complete a 4-hour comprehensive employee orientation and undergo 10 hours of continuing education each year. We also provide our caregiver’s with a complete Caregiver Handbook to reference while in your home. We encourage each of our caregivers to experience the Virtual Dementia Tour giving our agency the edge on dementia care.
We go “Above and Beyond” the state requirements for our caregivers. Our caregivers are First Aid and CPR certified as well as TB tested each year.
We treat our caregivers with the utmost respect and care. Because we know that our caregivers are the “Heart” of our business, we treat each of them as a part of our extended family. By getting to know each of them individually, matching skills to your loved ones only comes that much easier.
