About SYNERGY HomeCare of North Georgia

SYNERGY HomeCare Giving a Presentation

Welcome to SYNERGY HomeCare of North Georgia! Our family is here to help your family as you find a solution to caring for your loved one. In a combined effort Julius and Kathey Bagley; Joel and Karen Bagley; and Dan and Jennifer Armstead have taken our family ties and formed a family business; SYNERGY HomeCare of North Georgia. We serve individuals located in Acworth, Athens, Buford, Canton, Cartersville, Commerce, Dacula, Dallas, Flowery Branch, Gainesville, Kennesaw, Rome, Suwanee, Winder, and Woodstock as well as their surrounding communities. We have two offices; one located in Cartersville, Georgia and the other in Dacula, Georgia to better serve everyone within the North Georgia region. We chose these locations because not only are they great areas to work, but also because we have lived and raised our families here for many years.

Our Family is here to Help Your Family

SYNERGY HomeCare of North Georgia is a family run business. We started this company after struggling ourselves to find in-home help for our own loved ones. We have had personal experience with caring for family members. We first became exposed to caring for others when Julius and Joel's father (and Jennifer's grandfather) was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease over 8 years ago. After his passing, it seemed that life would not ease up on the family, as Kathey’s mother was diagnosed with liver cancer and dementia. The stress of caring for her hit everyone hard, but no one as hard as Kathey. Within a year of her mother's death, she suffered a stroke herself. During this time, Joel and Karen felt the true definition of being a part of the sandwich generation as Karen's father moved into their home where they were already caring for an adult child with special needs.

We know the stresses of caring for an aging parent or any family member with limitations because we have been there ourselves. We know that there is value in taking care of the family member who is the primary caregiver as well. All of these events led us to pursue our passion for caring for others because we believe that a loving caregiver to help lend a hand can do so much to enrich the lives of those in need.

If your loved one could use assistance with household duties, companionship or personal care, we can find them a caregiver who can help them with those needs.

We expect our staff to provide the highest level of care to our seniors and others who need help.  Our caregivers are subjected to extensive background checks, are Tuberculosis (TB) tested, reference checked and CPR/First Aid Certified. Additionally, most of our caregivers are Certified Nurse Assistants and are trained and tested in the types of personal care skills and emotional skills that people of all ages need. SYNERGY HomeCare of North Georgia provides additional support to our caregivers so that we can ensure as many of our clients can age in their own home as possible. We know that seniors who are cared for in their own home are healthier and happier. This means less stress on both the loved one and the family. If your loved one is in need, please contact us and let us talk with you about your needs and how we may help your family.

SYNERGY HomeCare of North Georgia is focused on working to improve the lives of individual’s within our community. We work with the doctors and hospitals to provide a consistent quality of care to your loved one. We can care for individuals in their home, a nursing home, or in an assisted living facility. The care we provide is customized for each client's needs. Finding someone to trust with your loved one is very important. We will work with you to understand your needs and are flexible and attentive enough to adapt the services we offer to meet those needs.
