Kylee Shane, Client Care Supervisor - [email protected]
Kylee originally came to us as a CNA in May of 2017. With her, she brought experiences from helping care for loved ones as well as working in Assisted Living. After deciding that in-home care was her passion, our staff quickly discovered that she was an asset in the office as well. After serving in a part-time capacity in the office it became clear that she had what it took to take the next step as a full-time supervisor. We are excited that she's a member of our team and we look forward to seeing how she grows in the role!!
Brittani Matthews, Client Care Supervisor - [email protected]
Brittani's caregiving journey began with helping her grandmother around her chemo appointments as she battled Myeloma cancer for eighteen years until the spring of 2019, when she passed. It was during the latter part of that time, when she first came to Synergy as a caregiver, and had the pleasure of working with a handful of clients consistently. This was all on top of working a second job, and going to school. Currently her major is in Health Administration, which she plans on finishing within the next two years through Eastern Illinois University. With that said, we know she is excited to be a part of the Champaign-Urbana team, starting her next chapter as our newest Client Care Supervisor!
