Our care team is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients while allowing them to maintain their independence.
We are seeking a Care Coordinator for our St. Charles office that is capable of performing a number of administrative functions. The position will require excellent computer skills and the ability to learn and utilize proprietary staffing software to access client and caregiver data, Microsoft Office, QuickBooks and Google Docs. The qualified candidate will portray confidence and convey trust and empathy with a high degree of caring for all individuals.
Caregiver recruitment, hiring, orientation and training
Supervision and scheduling caregivers
Maintain caregiver and client files
Develops positive relationships with care team and clients
Take calls from potential and existing clients
Attend potential client assessments
Attend client quality visits
Understand and follow regulations set forth by IDPH and IDOL
Assist with managing cases
Assist with other tasks as delegated by management
College degree or work-related experience in-home care or healthcare
