Every SYNERGY HomeCare caregiver is carefully recruited, screened, and trained. The SYNERGY background check does not stop at the standard local screening but searches each team member’s nationwide records for the last 7 years. Caregivers are W2 employees, bonded, insured, TB tested, CPR certified, and First Aid certified. Each caregiver also completes 7+ hours of SYNERGY HomeCare prior to beginning work.
A SYNERGY HomeCare supervisor is there at your first initial visit to make sure you are completely happy with the caregiver we have selected. Regular quality assurance calls will check in with you so you and SYNERGY HomeCare are always confident you are getting the very best home care service each time, every time.
