May 28th is National Senior Health and Fitness Day. Many senior centers, nursing homes, gyms and other community organizations will be participating in National Senior Health and Fitness Day. This day is dedicated to motivate seniors to become healthy and fit.
The theme of this year is “Think Healthy, Eat Healthy, Act Healthy… Be Healthy.”
