Also recognized as one of 150 agencies in the country to win the Leader In Excellence award, the only one in Minnesota! No other Agency has as robust a Quality Program for your loved one. How do we know? We asked them and so should you as they do not participate in an active Quality Satisfaction Program.

Q. Will SYNERGY HomeCare examine my insurance benefits to verify coverage prior to starting services?
A. Yes. SYNERGY HomeCare is accustomed to working with insurance companies. With your approval, we will check your insurance benefits and let you know if home care services are covered. A. The cost of non-medical care depends on where you live and the type and amount of care you need. In general, the cost of home care is more affordable then one might think. Q. How do medical alarms work?
A. A medical alert system, or Personal Emergency Response Systems (PERS), allows an individual to signal for help from a wireless alarm pendant. The system alerts a customer care center operator who will be immediately connected to the monitoring unit in the home and talk to the client to dispatch the appropriate help. In the event of an injury or emergency, the local 911 Emergency Response Team is dispatched. Otherwise, a family member, neighbor, friend or caregiver can be notified for assistance.
Q. How do I obtain a free medical alarm?
A. We will work with you to determine which alarm is best for your particular needs. You can learn more about medical alarm options here.
Q.What is included in SYNERGY’s free home safety survey?
A. Prior to the start of service, the SYNERGY CARE Team will walk through the client’s home with the client and his or her family to look for potential hazards. Common dangers include old or broken smoke detectors, scalding water temperatures, inadequate lighting, and faulty or absent handrails.
