How do we find people who can meet the unique physical and interpersonal requirements of the job?
We get to know our clients personally and work closely with their families and loved ones to understand their personality as well as their essential care needs and wishes. By working together in this way we are able to make caregiver recommendations and develop the best care plan.
For example, if your loved one has Alzheimer’s, we will recommend caregivers with deep experience in that area. You and your loved one can also interview caregivers in person to determine who would be best for the job.
Once you have selected a caregiver, SYNERGY HomeCare staff will communicate regularly with you to keep you informed of your loved one’s condition. We are always available to discuss your care plan and make adjustments.
