Shanna Tourtlotte - Owner
Hi, my name is Shanna Tourtlotte and I am the owner and Director of Operations at SYNERGY HomeCare of Billings. I am a graduate of Montana State University-Billings and have a professional background in accounting and insurance.
I was born and raised in Eastern Montana and my husband and I have 3 wonderful children, Olivia, Drake, and Colton. In addition to spending time with my family, I enjoy golfing, water skiing, camping, hiking, traveling and following my children in sports.
Like most families, my family is quick to bring out the game board or the cards at a typical family gathering. I remember sitting with my grandma while she taught me the game of pinochle. While teaching me the nuances of the game, she also instilled in me the richness and value of spending time with loved ones in the family home.
Now more than ever, people value the ability to stay in their own home. In 2009, I joined the SYNERGY HomeCare family and have been involved in every aspect of the business since that time. Over the years I have had the pleasure of helping people of all ages navigate the challenges in life that can lead to additional care needs in a variety of settings.
A successful home care agency requires compassion, organization, and commitment. I bring all three of these attributes to the table and the approach of SYNERGY HomeCare of Billings utilizes these in every care plan we create. My promise to you is that I will do everything possible in order to assist you in maintaining the peace and dignity one experiences while living in the comfort of their home. I invite you to call us today to let our team help you design a care plan that fits the needs of you or your loved one.
Sherry Ross - Office Manager
Hi! My name is Sherry Ross. I've been working for SYNERGY HomeCare Billings since 2013.
I was born and raised in Maple Grove, MN. I grew up fishing (with a bobber), spending time with family, and loving MN lake water. When I graduated high school, I decided I was going to travel so I went to college in North Dakota. I know, I know... it's only 200 miles but it seemed across the world at 18. I chose to double major in Accounting and Business. I graduated in 1996 from North Dakota State University...HORNS UP!
While a student at NDSU, I took a job in banking. I worked in a supermarket location (all the rage in the '90s). Upon graduation, I accepted a promotion within that same bank as the manager of operations. I managed 22 operational full-time employees in 7 banks in ND and MN. However, the birth of my firstborn put a quick end to that 3-year adventure and I choose to be a stay at home Mom.
I have 3 wonderful children. 2 daughters and a son. They keep me going non-stop. I have a dancer, violist, swimmer, pianist, percussionist, volleyball player, soccer player, and a basketball player. Sounds like I have 8 kids but 3 manage to pack those activities in, on any given day. They are also all involved in our church.
I love my position here at SYNERGY HomeCare. I've quickly built strong relationships with our Caregivers and our Clients as well.

I have the luxury of working a fulfilling job and being able to raise my children. I'm looking forward to the opportunity to work with you and your loved ones to make the right scheduling match!
Yolanda Carr - Human Resource Manager

Krystal Olson - Community Relations Manager
Hi! My name is Krystal and I’m from Whitewater, Montana... very few people know where this is (but if you do, then you also know our mascot is the fierce & mighty Penguin!). I was fortunate enough to grow up on our family farm & ranch four miles south of the Canadian border with my parents & four brothers. My love for basketball landed me a college scholarship at Rocky Mountain College here in Billings, where I graduated with a business degree. I married my husband, Bryce, in 2000 and we have been blessed with three beautiful children that keep us running! Our family enjoys all sports, but our favorite sports are the ones our kids are participating in and our MONTANA Grizzlies. In the summers you will find us out on the water, soaking up the sun with family & friends on our big, orange boat! I joined SYNERGY HomeCare in 2018 and it has been the best and most rewarding career decision ever. The commitment to excellence that our SYNERGY HomeCare Team has is absolutely second to none~We are truly led by the best! I’m so happy and thankful Shanna reached out to me, I couldn’t imagine working anywhere else! As you navigate home care choices for you or your loved ones, I look forward to working with you to make the best possible decision.
ShereeLynn Painter - Client Care
Hello, my name is Sheree Painter. I am the person behind the voice that typically answers the phones at SYNERGY HomeCare. I am a proud wife and mother of 2 wonderful children. My love for 80s music definitely leaves me in charge of the music choices at the office and the ladies wouldn't dare mess with the station! When I am not at work, I enjoy attending Montana State Bobcat games with my husband, hanging out with my mom, and living the life of a parent with two busy teenagers....and I'm absolutely ok if sharing a glass of wine with friends fits in there too! While at work I enjoy the day to day communication I have with clients, families and caregivers. I appreciate the opportunity to work with each one of you and I hope that my positive attitude and my desire to help others can be of assistance in your home care search and experience.
