Our secret sauce is key to our success

No matter who in your family needs some help at home, our secret sauce is what we are praised for, time and again. It's a mixture of compassion, love, empathy and continuity of experienced care infused with strong communication, whether we’re with your loved one for a couple of hours or a 24/7 live-in arrangement.

If you’re shopping around for in-home care for a parent or loved one, you’re probably a little stressed about the process. And quite possibly tired of every home care agency telling you “we’re the best.” It’s hard. Be sure to have prospective agencies explain their secret sauce!

PSST—What assisted living, rehab and nursing home facilities don’t want you to know

In-home care is a cost-effective way for yourself, elderly parents and other loved ones recuperating from a hospital stay or who, because of functional or cognitive disability, are unable to fully take care of themselves. In fact, post-hospital patients who receive home care services are less likely to be readmitted for hospitalization.

And the little secret about in-home care that you'll never hear from an assisted living facility or nursing home: one on one, individual care is given by in-home caregivers, not one caregiver for every eight patients, like managed facilities.

The beauty of in-home care is that it reinforces and supports the care provided by family members and friends, while your loved one maintains their dignity and independence—and morale.

The top-ranking benefits
of our free in-home assessment

The benefit that towers above all others is the peace of mind that you feel from knowing you've finally initiated care for the person who may have spent a lifetime caring for you.  And some argue that they are more excited at the cost savings of home care versus an assisted living facility or nursing home. Most of our clients indicate they feel so much better from the peace of mind we offer, but they’re equally as happy about saving money by using in-home care, as they can select when they need care, whether it's a few hours a week or around the clock.

How do I get started?

Step 1: Take a few minutes to call us

This process truly begins when you choose to contact us. We will take the necessary time to listen to you in order to truly understand your situation and be able to answer all of your concerns.

Step 2: We meet for a Face-to-Face Consultation

We will meet in your home or community to conduct a Complimentary Assessment from our RN. We will work together around your situation to best evaluate your needs. We will create a detailed individualized Care Plan and will then present a non-binding service agreement that gives you all the flexibility that you need.

Step 3: Service Begins

Now that your loved one is in the best of hands you will begin to have peace of mind. We emphasize the importance of communication by conducting Quality Care Calls and by acting as the liaison between you, your loved one and your caregiver. In order to guarantee the best of care, we will conduct in-home Supervisory Visits by our RN every 90 days or as conditions change and update your individualized Care Plan.
