Cleveland County Aging Service serves more than 2,750 senior adults over 60 years of age by providing programs, services, and referral sources that assist with and promote healthy, independent living. The majority of the funding comes from sponsored grants, but those funds aren’t enough. In order to supplement the grant funds, the Cleveland County Aging Service created the Annual Gingerbread House and Silent Auction Fundraiser that will be held December 13th, 2013, at the Moore Public Library located at 225 South Howard from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Cleveland County Aging Service invites you and the community to be part of this exciting holiday event! You can get involved by donating a Gingerbread House or other item to the silent auction. Cash donations will also be accepted. All funds collected will be designated towards the Special Assistance Fund to assist seniors with purchasing much needed items such as eyeglasses, prescriptions, coats etc. Donations should be mailed to or dropped off to: Cleveland County Aging Service, Inc. 1179 East Main, Norman, OK 73071.
