Meet the SYNERGY HomeCare Team of the Greater OKC Metro Area

Weama, CEO
Weama is known as the Gentlewoman and very passionate about senior care and was born to lead and to serve the senior industry. She spent several months researching ways she could serve Oklahoma Seniors. After a complete search for something that would nurture those two passions, she found SYNERGY HomeCare and brought the renowned home care company to Oklahoma. In a short time, Weama and her team have built and managed a SYNERGY HomeCare that has grow beyond her dreams. She sets the tone for personalized service and authentic compassion for everyone around her. Setting strong roots in our community, Weama is a member of the Oklahoma City Rotary, Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce, Edmond Chamber of Commerce and a volunteer team member with Positive Tomorrows.

Misty, RN

Misty has been with SYNERGY HomeCare since 2017. Misty oversees the majority of our Client Assessments and start of Care plans. Misty has a BA in Biology from the University of Central Oklahoma and was a stay at home mom until getting her RN from OSUE/OKC in 2012. She enjoys meeting and spending time with clients in their home environment and tries to make them feel comfortable and assured that our caregivers will assist them with their needs. She loves spending time with her husband and five kids and really enjoys the outdoors.

Jeff, Director of Business Development
Jeff joined our SYNERGY HomeCare Oklahoma family in 2018. He has been a strong advocate for health care in Oklahoma for many years and has made a great leader on our team. His passion is helping others and educating seniors, their families and healthcare professionals on everything related to the senior healthcare market in Oklahoma. He went to the University of Central Oklahoma and Oklahoma State University where he studied Marketing, Public Relations, and Broadcasting. Jeff is currently serving as President of the Northside Marketing Alliance and is a past President of Marketing Plus for Healthcare. His passion led him to creating the Oklahoma Healthcare Educators (OKHE) in 2019. He has served in the community for many years as a member of the Shriner’s, Scottish Rite, Eastern Star, Amaranth, DeMolay and Masons where he is a Past Master. He has been volunteering with Muscular Dystrophy, Cerebral Palsy Association, and Make Promises Happen Camp for over 25 years. His passion outside of Sales and Marketing is music. He has owned Jammin’ Jeff Entertainment for over 25 years and has performed over 2,000 events weddings and events. He is has received many awards including Who's Who Among American Leaders, National Business Leaders Society, Who's Who Lifetime Achievement Award, and Public Relations Society of America.

Nader, Manager/Director of Operations
Nader joins SYNERGY HomeCare with an extensive background in healthcare. Nader graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations although he'll be the first to tell you he hasn't worked a day of PR in his life. Nader has spent most of his professional career in healthcare working in Hospice care in Texas and Oklahoma before joining the SYNERGY family. He has served the community as a board member for the Children's Hospital Foundation for a few years and enjoys giving back to the great state of Oklahoma. When he's not working, you can find Nader spending time with friends, family and his dog, Leo!

Linda, Operations Assistant/Overnight Manager
Linda has special skills in management and information systems. She has earned the academic honors of National Dean's List and Who's Who Among American University Students while working on her Master’s Degree in Business Administration at the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond. She was part of the International Scholar Laureate Program Delegation on Technology in China. When it comes to in-home care, she says, "the most important skill is listening to what (our clients) say so we can provide the best solution for them in order to make them happy and satisfied.”

Desiree, Scheduling Coordinator
Desiree joined the SYNERGY family in late 2019. She has been a great asset for our scheduling team. Desiree overseas scheduling for our amazing caregivers working in communities and homes throughout the metropolitan area. Desiree is always very joyful and loves helping seniors and putting the right caregivers in place for those seniors.

Courtney, Scheduling Coordinator

Courtney joined the SYNERGY HomeCare family in early 2020 and oversees our evening scheduling. She has such a sweet spirit.  Caregivers and clients love working with her. We are so excited to see her continue to grow with us in the future.

Brandi, Intake Coordinator
Brandi joined our team on July 15, 2019 and has been doing a great job visiting with potential clients, their families and community referral partners.  She grew up in California and joins our SYNERGY family with a great background in healthcare. Brandi worked as a CNA/CMA in California and as a Corrections Officer for the Oklahoma Department of Corrections. Brandi is a great multi tasker and loves helping out whenever she can.


Janie, Weekend Manager
Janie has been with SYNERGY since 2018 and has worked and excelled in each department! She was promoted to Weekend Manager so that we would have the ability to open our office doors from 9a-4p on Saturdays and Sundays. She, also, manages the phone on the weekend after hours and handles everything from caregiver/client inquiries, new clients signing on, recruiting, to scheduling, and more! Janie is currently in night school during the week to pursue an RN Degree. She has a passion and love for helping others, and we are so grateful she is on our team!

Hossam, Billing Specialist
Hossam joined the SYNERGY family on July 15, 2016. He graduated from Damascus University with an Accounting Degree. He then obtained his Master's of Business Administration at Oklahoma Christian University. He is a motivated and goal oriented person, who loves SYNERGY HomeCare. He enjoys working with the Veteran's Association and servicing their clients. He enjoys listening to music, swimming, working on his health and fitness, and spending time with loved ones.

Omar, Recruiting Coordinator
Omar joined our SYNERGY family in early 2020. He oversees all of our recruiting efforts and works with many job boards, colleges and training schools to identify the right staff for our amazing cli. He has worked in the healthcare community for a few years before joining our team. He is doing a great job putting new team members in place for our continued expansion of services

Charlie, Caregiver Training Coordinator
Charlie has been a CNA, CMA, and ACMA for many years. He is very detailed oriented and all about training our amazing caregivers on customer service, utilizing skills learned and understanding the obstacles that they may encounter while serving clients and communities. We are excited for his insight, knowledge and a fresh approach for SYNERGY caregivers.
