Clients and their family can view service activity, scheduled visits, care provider information, attachments, and more. Clients and Administrators can maintain correspondence, and optionally, Caregivers can leave messages for the Customer, pending Administrator approval. This information is only viewable to the clients and the people the clients grant access to.
