Amber Martinez serves as the office manager and alternate administrator. Amber is responsible for recruiting, hiring and training all our wonderful caregivers. Amber has been a caregiver herself and knows what it takes to do the job and knows what to look for in caring, reliable caregivers. Amber works with both the caregivers and the clients to coordinate the best fit and schedule to suits everyone's needs. Family is very important to Amber. Amber is happily married with four amazing children.
Stephanie Martinez serves as the client care coordinator and on-site supervisor. Stephanie has extensive experience in the industry. Stephanie has worked in Memory Care communities and Assisted Living her entire career. Stephanie's willingness to educate and assist our caregivers in caring for our clients has improved our client's care and ensures they are always receiving the very best services. Stephanie also manages and monitors the schedule. Any changes that need to be made to clients needs are communicated to Stephanie. Stephanie is Mom to four wonderful kids.
Jillian Martinez serves as the accounts manager. Jillian is responsible for payroll and invoicing. She works first hand with caregivers, clients along with long term insurance if applicable to ensure there are never any issues. Jillian ensures the day to day fiscal operational responsibilities are met. She is a hard working mother to seven beautiful daughters.
