When mom came home from the hospital, we needed someone with her 24/7. She did not have all of her strength back yet and my sister and I were worried. I live out of town and my sister works two jobs. SYNERGY HomeCare was able to send caregivers to be with her 24/7. Once she started improving, we were able to cut back the hours. Now she has a helper 3 days a week. This relieves a lot of my worry. Our owners, Chad, and Amy Jolley have been in Houston for over 20 years and work intimately inside the business. Our office staff has lived right here in the Greater Houston area for most of their lives, and we assign our Care Specialists to families who live close to them.

Having a Client Care Manager assigned to our family was a huge help. Senior care issues were new to all of us. But she walked us through step by step. The reason Chad and Amy started this business was to help families in need. Chad witnessed first hand the challenges that families face when his grandfather became ill and needed assistance. Chad also understands that sometimes families need a different solution than he can provide. The SYNERGY team has a wealth of information. They helped my family connect to an Elder law Attorney so we would have all of the proper documents in order. We also discovered that we qualified for an Aid And Attendance benefit that helped to pay for some of Dad’s home care costs. They also helped us bring in physical therapists through a home health care agency to help Dad regain his balance. And when time began to run out for Dad, they helped us to find the right Hospice company to help. And through it all, they were always there to listen. That really meant a lot.
