It’s about people…it’s about relationships.
Carol and I have learned that “it’s about people…it’s about relationships” working with our senior clients at SYNERGY HomeCare. That’s why we thought it would be important to share some examples of our positive relationships. Here are some comments made on a HOME CARE PULSE survey by the daughter of a current elderly client.
Why did you select this agency over others? I really liked Ray, the owner of the agency.
What do you appreciate the most? I appreciate how flexible they are with our schedule.
Caregiver’s work ethic? The caregiver always does what I ask her to do.
Timeliness? The caregiver is always on time.
Compassion of caregivers? She is concerned about my mother’s well-being and has gotten to know how my mother likes things and does what my mother asks in a way that she knows pleases my mother.
Agency’s response to problems? The agency is really good at responding to anything that I call with. We really haven’t had any problems with the agency.
Any other comments? The agency has been able to provide for all our needs. I really like that Ray was able to talk to me and council me through difficulties with my mother. It is nice that I can always talk to the owner if I have any questions or concerns and he always seems to have the right answers because he has been doing this kind of work for so long.
