Subject: My mom is doing incredibly well
I've just arrived home from Sonoma, CA for a few weeks and I wanted to express my deepest appreciation to you, Deb, and the Synergy family for taking such good care of my mother Vivian. In just over a year, she has gone from hip surgery and being in severe pain and immobility to the pain free ability to move around on her own, shower, dress, make breakfast, do dishes, cook, bake, grocery shop and go out to lunch with her friends.
These are her joys and make her feel useful and independent.
Deb, remarkably, established an instant rapport with Mom and has provided a unique balance of safety, dignity, encouragement and friendship. She really does have that gift of connecting and mastering the intricate dynamics of a family. Humor helps I imagine. We are always glad to see Deb and Mom treats her like one of her own kids. (What's one more?!)
I'm forever grateful to Jody P. for referring us to you. This has been a relationship that we can rely on unquestionably and helping us keep Mom at home has been an immeasurable gift to our family.
Warmest regards, Julie Albertson
