SYNERGY HomeCare provides in-home care assistance for people who wish to remain independent in their private residence. Our Care Professionals provide our clients with one-on-one attention assisting them with an array of services such as: personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, errands, companionship, and safety.  


~ Successfully pass a national criminal background check
~ Reliable transportation (public transit/rideshare ok)
~ Working cell phone
~ Internet access
~ Active Washington state CNA/HCA license or be actively enrolled in CNA/HCA training classes


~ Kaiser Insurance available to full-time employees after 90 days – 50% paid by the employer
~ Aflac after 90 days of employment – group discounted rate paid by the employee
~ PTO/Sick time after 90 days of employment

~ Flexible Hours (You choose your work schedule.)
~ Paid Travel Time
~ Continuing Education paid by the employer
~ Minimum hourly rate starts at $16 (higher hourly rates are based on experience, training/certification and the level of care provided to each client)
